Why does my cousin assume something bad has happened if I don’t text her but I just do t want to text all day what should I do?

She's probably just a person that likes to communicate a lot. Just tell her that it's a little too much, or shoot her a message to let her know you're not in the mood to talk. Just be aware that consistent communication is probably important to her, and that you're probably quite important to her too. She's not doing it to annoy you, she probably isn't even aware it bothers you since you guys clearly have different expectations and preferences for how you interact. One conversation now could prevent numerous arguments in the future.
