There is this girl I like at work. One day she had a really bad fall and I was there to help her out (bringing her ice and band aids) She was really appreciative and thanked me afterwards. We haven’t really talked much afterwards, the next week I did walk up to her and asked her how her leg was and she opened up to me a little bit. On other days I noticing her appearing quiet tense and quiet when she walks by me at work. I’ve also been trying to keep my distance from her lately so as not to appear to concerned or make it seem like I’m after her or expect something in return from her.

About her 'strange' behaviour - maybe it's because she might like you back or maybe it's because she might just be awkward in general (or, and this is the third option: she has a significant other but senses you like her so she's trying to keep it cool and professional as much as possible).
