Let me explain: 20 years ago it would be impossible for a woman to work out dressed in the provocative clothes they wear today (example: very short shorts and very tight clothes)

Lol no dude and you would not want that anyway. While guys might argue with me for saying that trust me. You do not want to see the state of my underwear after working out. Let's just say... gross. That material is not ideal for sweat. What I wear over them hides the fact that they can get pretty gross. You really don't wanna see a bunch of girls with sweat all up in their business. 😆
