Do girls have totally bare smooth , as smooth as a baby's butt , fuzzless skinned chest and abdomen? Even thighs?

Or they have somewhat fuzzy torso which is visible from closely looking?

Mostly smooth there are some small fuzzies but they are barely visible. I just have crazy lucky genes to have blonde/soft body hair
