Why can’t getting a better bra help with the back pain women supposedly get from having nice big boobs? Why is reduction a "better" solution?

Because they are still heavy! A good bra only helps to a certain extent, it doesn’t take away all that weight on our chest. Some would argue that the woman should just lose weight… like no! I’m petit with a large chest, I’d be underweight if I took that route! You wouldn’t understand unless you experience this.

"better" in what sense? regardless of how good a bra is, it's still a lot of weight that is still always weighing you down. Reduction cuts down the mass, so cuts down the constant pressure on the back.

How on earth would a different bra help? maybe if one had a counterweight, I suppose, but then you're talking about like a 10 lb bra. May as well make it steel plated and call it armor at that point.

Because no matter how comfortable the bra is your breasts still feel heavy and painful.
