Maybe she just isn't a social person. Maybe you rubbed her the wrong way. Maybe maybe maybe. That is all I can do is speculate what the problem is. If she ignores you then that is her choice and you have to deal with it. You cannot expect to get along with everyone that you meet. Some people are just not going to want to be friendly with you. That is life and it isn't going to change.
