Why does my classmate (F) ignored me after messaging her?

I have this one classmate, she a kind girl we used to talk through messenger app because we only have virtual classes. We talked for a few days then suddenly she ignored me, my messages are only delivered. I got inbox (ed) through messenger. I tried to apologize to her through chat but she does'nt seen the messages it always said delivered, so i stop messaging her. But i am thinking why she doesn't unfriend me on facebook while in the other way she was ignoring me. Now, we're on the face to face classes and we don't talk to each other. We're just minding ouw own business. So can someone answer my question base on the title. Thank you.

Yea bro it's done, she thinks you're too needy probably and if you keep going it'll go into creepy territory, she's definitely lost respect for you, I'm not being mean my guy it's brutal really when you think about it, but yea cut your losses the only way to get her respect back is by not giving her a single milligram of attention, not even a look, no text no nothing don't try anything buddy it isn't beneficial for you quite the opposite, literally ignore her basically, then after no attention whatsoever is on lock (which is instant the moment you make the decision to be like that), hangout with other girls, and that's it, once she sees you with other girls you'll have her respect back

Now its the announcement of class ranking and she's on top 1. I congratulate her and she replied back in messenger. She's so fuckin kind.
