Girls, Instagram follow but doesn't let me follow her?

Yesterday i send a follow request to a private acc of a girl with 200 followers i have just met her a few times in the bus and thought she was cute and stumbled across her account on accident like i said i tried to follow her yesterday which she didn't accept till now but she sent me a follow request over the night which i accepted why won't she accept me?

I am a bit confused because you say that she didn't accept until now and then also that she won't accept your request. Which one is it? Did she accept or not? In any event there is no way to tell what is going on inside someone else's mind. We are not mind readers. All I can guess is maybe if it was late at night as you said she went to sleep and then accepted when she got up in the morning... which is what you indicated happened until then you said after that she didn't accept. That is why the confusion.
