Various reasons.

1. Most straight women have bisexual tendencies that come out when they drink so it stands to reason that lesbian women could be the same.

2. They just want to see what heterosexual sex is like sometimes, just an experimentation. Think about how many gay women get married and have kids, it's not like a straight guy trying to have sex with a man, she can just lay there etc.

3. If they butch maybe they are trans men like elliot page who want to see how men do it so they can copy them.

4. They want you to get them pregnant. Artificial insemination is expensive at like $1000 a pop at times and may take many trys to work. So what a lot of women are doing that want to have babies but are lesbian, single or partner has fertility issues is to actual insemination which is boils down to finding a guy and having sex with him for the purposes of getting pregnant. I know a guy who got caught like this. At a bar two of the hottest chicks you ever saw brought him home for a threesome where they f*cked his brains multiple times out no condoms and they "dated" him for about 3 months. 5. Don't want to be gay deep down. I know some lesbians and they really sympathise with men having to date women.
