We don't unless conversation is good and we think there is a connection. The same reason you would ask for a girl's number. You think there was something there. I don't ever offer it up without someone asking or believing that the person I am going to offer it to was into me. If he isn't then fine and he can say no thanks. I just don't randomly go around asking if people want my number. To be honest I rarely offer that up to anyone.
There is always conversation but lately women just give it to me and then do not respond at all. Its putting me into a massive depression.
