Yeah but likely we don't know that he has poor social skills before we flirt. Normally you flirt with someone that you don't really know to well to get their attention and indicate you like them. How would we already know that he isn't great in social situations unless it was painful obvious that he was awkward? So if we do it that is not intentional or trying to pick on someone that isn't social or introverted. We just didn't know the guy was like that to begin with.
