You answered your own question, They are jealous , Most people that seek validation that want to be in the imaginary spot light get jealous easily of other people they feel is getting more attention than they are , they are jealous that someone else is getting more attention then themselves , people that easily get jealous are people you should honestly stay clear from , because jealous people will easily backstab you or betray you when things don’t go their way , they will pretend to be your friend to your face but behind your back they will talk shit about you to make themselves feel better about themselves. They can’t admit to themselves that they really are a nobody , they point fingers at others , thinking their shit doesn’t stink it’s ok to get a little jealous here and there , but if it’s extreme jealousy then you re best not to trust that person , they again will lie and backstab you to make themselves feel better about themselves , A extreme jealous person is someone you should not trust what so ever

Biology. @Ozanne and I had a brief discussion on this before she blocked me. Women tend to want equality and will undermine each other to make sure things are shared fairly. It’s a challenge for @Ozanne not to stoop to those petty games as a manager. She mentioned how the very same thing happened to her because she made more money, she had more access to other men who also made more, and it pissed off her female subordinates. I wrote a myTake on it and it describes the narrow band of IQs women share (low standard deviation). It makes them hyper competitive with one another. So they’ll compete for resources, and a male’s attention is another resource to them.

There could be a number of different reasons why women are jealous of other women. I myself have been jealous of other women and I’ve had other other women be jealous of me.

I’ve been jealous of other women because they’ve been dating guys I’ve had a crush on. I’ve also been jealous of other women because they’re more sexually attractive than I am.

But that goes both ways. I’ve had other women be jealous towards me because they found me more sexually attractive than they were. I’ve also had other women be jealous towards me because of my breast implants. And I’ve also had other women be jealous towards me because I own designer clothing and accessories.

For me, I was always jealous because I never had that. There would be guys that I would find attractive, but they would always chose my friends over me (granted my friends are drop-dead gorgeous). They would say that they loved my personality, and thought I was a lot of fun, but were never attracted to me the way I was to them.

Since growing up, I've learned that Im not everyones type, but some do find me attractive. And I've stopped trying to appeal to everyone, its exhausting and not worth my time or effort.

It's pretty simple actually. Woman are naturally insecure so one of the things that they seek to reduce the insecurities is attention. It provides them validation and is the main currency for women. When they see other women getting more of it it triggers competition anxiety because in their head someone else getting attention means less for them.
