Will a girl loose interest pretty easily, even tho the guy is shy and didn't initiate contact with her, she went home, so she might have moved on?

Yeaa so she gave me balances and stuff, like kinda positive sign but yk that's all nothing more, Therfore I don't know still whether she like me or not, so since I didn't initiate anything, did she move on? Or she might still give me chance? Like if she has, she never looks at my insta story now and before, so I haven't seen her spoken to her for 3 days, so yeah
