Are u great at multitasking , organizing, planning?

It's known that women are better at multitasking but for me I struggle with it bc I get overwhelmed of all the things I want to do , and when it comes to writing them down in lists i get confused and don't know what I have to do precisely and it becomes unclear

i guess this is more of planning issues than multitasking

multitasking? yes unless one of the specific tasks require my full concentration

organizing? mentally yes but physically would depend on the time I have

planning? yes very much so including on the fly
