That is not a lot of context. My answer is going to be no. Any rational person male or female should try to have a conversation and solve the issue. Yelling and shouting while the other person just sits there isn't going to change a damn thing. Maybe some girls do that but I don't see the point. Everyone gets mad or upset at times but talking through it rationally as a couple is going to solve more than just one person ranting.
