Alcohol can give people the confidence and carelessness to say things they'd normally be cautious or scared to say sober so there can be some truth to their words. But at the same time, people's perspective and judgment differs from when they're drunk to sober so there could be no meaning to their words at all.

I definitely wouldn't base any assumptions purely on someone's drunk words. Show an interest in her and see if she reciprocates anything back to you.

Usually when someone is drunk they say/ do things they don’t have the confidence to say/ do sober. But also their brain is clouded by alcohol so don’t dwell too much about it.
just ask her if she finds you attractive or not.
Be direct with purpose!
