Does anxiety make you scratch a lot?

I've pretty bad anxiety and im always scratching, but my scratches around ny patch shaped area when they come off, sometimes in other areas but sometimes i can't stop scratching!

My girlfriend does that. I don't know what to do to get her to stop I told her to get toys she can distract her hands but she hasn't done it. It's sad to me that she can't stop hurting herself. I love my body and try and do what I can for it. My mental health is my first priority but physical health is close behind it. She already has issues with her body and forcing it to constantly heal is definitely not gonna help she even picks her face she has like 4-5 wounds on her face right now. It's crazy.

My face kinda clears up when i scratch, i cut it on. Thursday with a book but its gone now but thanks for giving me a vibe guys can still date girls with bad acne

Well hers heal too but I'm still not happy about her scratching her face.
