anxiety is anticipating the future... in a negative way, based upon experiences of the past which had strong emotions... fear, shame, etc.. Anything can cause anxiety and seems some people are more prone to it because of how their minds work... e. g. they have very powerful emotional minds... which is a gift, but in this case, can feel like a hazard due to their sensitivity and reaction.

There's good books on how our minds work and methods to reduce anxiety. That is more valuable, to but the emotions and experiences into perspective.

Jesus solved the anxiety about death, that plauges mankind.

Two major stuff people do.

When they want me to do something for them but I ask more questions to ensure I’m doing the correct thing they ask and they give me vague details.

Or when I tell some one in simple and clear terms than I don’t want them to do a thing for me and them to confirm they understand and they do it any way.

I don’t feel herd or ignored so I gets nervous I can’t trust that person.

Confusion. A colleague talked about a meeting, that she'd be okay to pick me up and drive me home. We have to be somewhere else for that meeting. I thought it was going to be Thursday but she brought it up today before I left... why did she bring it up today and not tomorrow? Has it been moved? 😱

Imma have this resolved by going early and checking All My Mails.

I'd say thinking too far into the future, getting ready for things late, having to go to events alone, walking to classes, the night before I have to get up early. Random things haha.
