There are minor differences of the genitals between different women. Some allow a stream to easily come out, some require the lips to be held apart or it dribbles down the legs, and for some, even spreading the lips does not work. I have seen women pee in a stream that went forward without using their hands at all, but most are not that "tidy".

Last concert I was at a group of girls did come into the guys’. They were surprised the guys were incredibly chill with a load of pervy girls coming into ours, but of course, they used the stalls not the urinals, which didn’t have dividers, so I’m sure they got to catch at least a little swinging dick action 😉😂
