She only has like 400 followers. Does this mean anything that she added me to this list?

It doesn't mean much. Being added to close friends mean you pick who can see your story. doesn't even have to be someone you’re very close with. I pick the most random people who i think doesn’t judge others, even the ones I've never talked to. Dont read too much into it.
