There is a lot u need to look into. First, what did your guts feeling tell u about it? Do you feel like she's avoiding u or no? Second, have u show your clear interest to her? If not, then that's the reason why she might reply u late. Thirdly, if every other aspect shows a great sign of her being ok with u, then most probably she reply late either because she is not a person who like texting, or she simply don't want coming strong and seem 'desperate' or 'easy' by replying fast.. Also, see how her reply, if it is not dry, then chance is still on your side, if it is dry, then something might be in between.
