I dont even know what to say... Its been nearly a week, 7 days... and she sent my sister this message:
Looks like it's over between me and your brother - Not for my want of trying to make it work. Did all could do. Really is a shame because I loved him very much. l'm not sure how we are going to be able to stay in touch or meet up now but I won't remove you. Just hurt extremely upset by it all but Idid my best. Before she messaged my sister she sent me a nasty text saying I need therapy... before that she said have a nice life... like what the hell

Man that's rough, I'm sorry to hear that. It does kinda seem like she's moved on already which sucks after only a week. A few things could be going on:
- She might have actually checked out of the relationship earlier than you realized and just waited till now to officially end things. The "I tried my best" line sounds kinda fake.
- Sending nasty texts and saying you need therapy means she was pretty angry/hurt when you split. People say crazy stuff when emotions are running high.
- Telling your sister it's "over between us" is a very definitive ending, doesn't leave room to work things out later.
- Saying goodbye and removing you from her life shows she's closed that chapter for good.
As much as it hurts, I think you have to accept she's moved on. Even if she did used to say she loved you a lot, people's feelings can change quickly after a breakup. It's crappy but might be best to start moving on yourself instead of holding out hope she'll change her mind. Hang in there man, you'll get through this.
I can't really say without context or her side of the story. I would take her word for it. If she says she's done, she probably is. It sounds like this is the result of unresolved conflict that has built up over time. Just try your best to learn from the experience and moce forward.
Saying her goodbyes does mean she’s over you, it says in the message that she loves you. It’s just some people are better apart and it takes real strength to follow through with a breakup, but she’s trying.
