So I went out with this girl and it went great. After the date she got my number and even texted me first a couple days later. I invited her to a Halloween party the following weekend and she said she was down to go. On the day of she cancelled on me and said she still wants to see me and hopes I still want to see her too. I told her that is fine and to let me know when she is free to meetup again. She left that message on read and I haven’t heard from her since, but she still likes all my instagram stories so I’m a bit confused if she is interested or not.

No, she is not “busy” she simply either just doesn’t like you anymore or she’s back with some other guy. Her liking your posts is her simply keeping her options open. She might have had some baggage she wasn’t telling you about or she randomly decided she didn’t like you or might not have even liked you much in the first place. I’d act like she doesn’t exist and I can almost guarantee she will come back around but please, for the love of god, do not give her the benefit of the doubt. This is clear communication from her to you.

I would say yes and give her the benefit of doubt here. She might just be busy. It is easy to get anxious and read into things when you are waiting to hear from someone. Just don't over think things. Simplify them. If she wasn't interested in you none of what you just wrote would have happened. Should wouldn't have wanted to reschedule and also wouldn't take the time to message you or read your social media. She might just be busy with something in life and not want to get into a conversation until she has time.

sounds like she was avoiding the ehh, I'm not really interested in you conversation.
Ask her point blank and hopefully she will be truthful with the answer and then you will know.
If she is great, then hopefully she can prove it if not it's time to move on.

You fucked up and just gave her some weird vague request. Text her and say "I want to take you out again next weekend. Is Friday or Saturday better?" If she doesn't reply then move on. She's not interested.
