Talents in women, to men, if they're the kind of talent that isn't off-putting, will be seen as a bonus, but not a critical or baseline issue. For example, if she can play a musical instrument, or draw, or make crafts, or something similar, that's a bonus and makes her more interesting, but ONLY if the key baseline issues are met. It's not something that's going to be able to replace or make up for a baseline issue that's missing or bad.

But, yes, a talent is a nice thing to have and can make her a more interesting person, and hopefully helps her have a fulfilling and satisfying life (everyone needs to have SOMETHING in their lives that isn't dependent on their partner - you can't solely rely on your partner for happiness and fulfillment).

Depends on the talent. You can shotgun a jug of beer in 20 seconds, I'm not impressed. You can get in so many yoga poses you look like Dhalsim from Street Fighter, that's a plus. Juggling? Neat party trick I guess. Kitten wrangler and ability to calm them instantly? Now THAT shite impresses me.
