Girls, What do women find Attractive in Men apart from being Confident, Rich and/or good looking?

My boyfriend to be husband in future for 8 months had no money coming in. I lent him over 10,000 in rent, car insurance, utilities, etc. so he didn't end up living on the streets.

That's not why we're marrying, we knew each other before.

He's not good looking, average at best. He's not confident, he has often asked me for advice on how to address issues.

But he has extremely strong morals - far more than countless western men can claim they possess nowadays, is educated, is intelligent & he was raised in a proper household without abuse, cheating, etc - far more than countless western men can say

Brains, quick wit and distance to himself and the world around and those three come long before money (I earn more than enough), looks (its personal preference) or confidence (not arrogance)

Much money, looking like Brad Pitt and so on, are nice to have, but not essential.
