Harrassment. I put you into a different category of men in my life. I’m in a situation right now where I put someone in that category but apparently he caught feelings for me so now I’m just ignoring him because he’s bringing drama into my job.

They often do , and its quite ludicrous quite frankly.

They want to be approached by him , but not " Him " , so guy 2 is harassing them , frankly they should be dam thankful , because the approaches will not continue though time , they will soon be declaring " I'm invisible " , Why does no one approach me?

Just be thankyou of the attention , and take it as a compliment , rather than calling out some petty bllsht.

Looks probably but not status more behaviour. Guys that are generally cocky and confident are more likely to get away with a risky flirt especially if they look attractive.
