There could be a thousand different reasons

(your looks, the way your walking, toilet paper stuck to your shoe, a flock of crows quietly flying circles above you, your clothing, she was just looking around and just happened to meet your eyes, not actually staring at you but something near you or behind you, you looked like a friend for a second so she was looking at you to confirm if you were her friend or not)

I could go on and on, but someone looking at someone isn't anything out of the ordinary. I wouldn't think anything of it if I were you.
