It's a fringe. Common in western bags. Where r u from?
I'm from the US and I get the theme on the bag but personally I don't believe it's a good theme for a purse, boots I understand, same with pants, jacket, and even hat but it's not a purse style, that's of course my personal opinion, if you wanna rock it and you like it, by all means rock it with confidence but I like the left one better, I'm a plain guy so plain stuff catch my interest more.
