Here are a few things you can do to see if her saying she loves you is true:
- Give it some time before reciprocating those feelings. Real love takes getting to know someone fully.
- Pay attention to how she acts, not just words. Does she make an effort in small ways or is it just talk? Actions show truth.
- See how she treats others, like friends/family. That shows character. And watch if her affection for you is consistent.
- Spend more one-on-one time together doing different activities. That gives you insights into her and strengthens real bonds.
- Don't rush into anything serious yet. Take it slow and keep your options open for now if you're unsure.
Go with your gut too - if something feels off about her affection, it probably isn't completely true. But don't prejudge - give her a real chance to show her heart through little things over time before deciding how you feel.
The best thing is to just keep it casual yet keep getting to know her better as friends first before putting labels on it like love so soon. That way you'll know for sure what's real.
get sick and see if she visits you/
How to get sick without actually getting sick?
If you aren't in a relationship with this girl I wouldn't trust it at all. You fall in love you don't just live someone out of the blue. You need a connection and reason to love someone. At 19 years old I think you would understand this but I do get the whole "young love" thing. It is rarely real and you'll most likely not end up with this "love". Just think if you yourself love some random person and you have the answer. She is infatuated but not in love
You can get to know her better. Or just end it here.

So if you are feeling indifferent about her why is she telling you she loves you? Are you dating this girl?
I'm not dating her. I hardly know her. I even asked her why she loves me and she says she doesn't know why.
That's why I am feeling a bit confused.
