How do I know if her saying "I love you" is for real or not?

So honestly, I disagree with this not saying you love someone. I meant if every time I have said it, and I have loved every woman I have ever been with.

I love peanut butter, and I have no issue saying I love it. I love woman in general, and I have no issue in saying that.

Every flower starts with a seed, and every seed need water to grow.

Infatuation is the seed, lust is the water and love is the flower. I never feeling love with woman I was not infatuated with on a healthy level, I never was infatuated with woman with some degree of lust... so the flower was growing and blossoming for me, even when it was only a seed.

So is saying she loves you, like she has planted the seed, and is watering it. You are not doing the same for her.

So maybe you do not deserve her love and that is your real problem... just hope she does not figure that out before you do. But I was never with a woman, that when I looked into eyes that I did not feel something. To me that feeling is one of the many forms of love that exists all around us. In that moment that is love and appreciation I am feeling for her. So, I loved every woman I have ever been with, but love is not forever and always, and even the most beautiful of flowers will wither and die in the winter, but if it is well tended it will blossom a new ever spring and grow stronger and more beautiful over time.

Smart man. Never take a woman at her word only her actions. There's a few things you can do but here's one of things I like to do. (This only works if you've already have sex w/ her which im assuming you have since she said I love you). Invite her over and have her make your favorite dish for you, hang out talk eat, then abruptly cut it short and ask her to leave. Wait exactly 24 hours reach out to her and invite her on a date. If she goes out w/ you she really does love you.

Lots of people wait to have sex before marriage and still say I love you. It sounds more like you’re waiting to say I love you until you have sex…like you’re holding it over her or your relationship…which isn’t healthy. Maybe reflect on that
