Girls, Do you like your guys to workout or does it not matter?

As someone that exercises regularly, it's a must for me.

As a disclaimer, NO, he does not have to have a six pack, or workout every single day. I just want a guy that's in good, physical condition and can keep up with me. Basically- don't be a couch potato. If all he does it walk a few miles a day to get his steps in? That's better than nothing!

But I'd love a guy to spar with, help spot me, run with... you know, share common interests with! And most fit people prefer other fit partners to hold each other accountable and keep each other encouraged.

I like a guy who has a general level of fitness, as in won’t be completely out of breath just from walking up some stairs, but I don’t like a guy who goes to the gym constantly and is really bulky and muscly. It’s good to care about your body and your health, but not when it becomes an obsession.

It doesn't matter as long as they don't go over 400 ibs .. I mean I would love my guy either way but being over 400 if I'm not mistaken says that you are not being healthy... but then again you can't judge a person by the weight.

I think taking care of your body is as important as taking care of your teeth and diet.

We no longer work in the fields, so physically working out relieves stress and keeps you feeling and looking good. It's just part of a holistic, healthy life.

I like guys who work out if I find them to be my type but I care more about appearance the gym ethic. I also don't make it a requirement for a guy to work out cause I understand some guys might not have time for that.

No it doesn't matter to me because I barely workout. I'm starting to workout more now to get healthier but I don't feel my boyfriend has to. He looks fine the way he is.

it doesn't matter but I wish my boyfriend still worked out because I need someone to motivate me to get in the gym. I've been unhealthy most of my life and I wish I had someone to help me.
