I don't know what that is. Is it a game or something? Any parties I have been to with balloons they are for decoration and whoever is hosting the party isn't going to take kindly to people ruining the decorations. I'm not familiar with any games at least not for adults which is what I am assuming you are referring to. Maybe I will learn something new if you can update the question or leave me a reply. Otherwise I guess I just have to say no I haven't.
