Girls, Should a taking phase with a guy go for more than 9 months?

Let’s say you follow a guy on social media, you give him your number, you constantly message him, you talk to him on the phone, you make plans with him. You see potential in him, funny, educated, has the same values as you, works hard, isn’t partying/isn’t sleeping around/isn’t doing drugs, he works, stable, reliable, handsome, in shape. With a guy like that, overall, would you take more time or really want to go further with that guy and not drag it out. Further meaning; being in a relationship with the potential of marriage.
