Why are women so kind and respectful?

They always do their job on time and are very reliable. They are always accepting of others. And they don't cause as much trouble.

We are encouraged and even forced to act that way from early age, to be polite, think about other's feelings, be respectful etc. We are shamed if we are agressive, confident, direct and bold;we then get to be called "bitches". While men are encouraged quite the opposite. We also tune in our emotions, while men avoid emotions.

Yes, I understand the drawbacks to it. Women are punished harshly. I agree. Men then to mainly express anger or when they compliment women it is always seen as flirting or simping. I believe that men can have good social skills, but men are told to suppress feelings which makes it harder for them to communicate. There are men that are really good at socializing but usually grow up in an environment where it is more community-oriented.

I feel like women have more options when communicating with other women; for example, they can compliment a woman without it being seen as flirting. Whereas guys will be considered gay which makes guys engage less social activity. I definitely agree with the drawbacks of being a woman, but I feel like women have more flexibility in terms of societal pressures.

Societal expectations place too many limits on men and women.

Yes, we both have our issues from society expetations and norms regarding genders. Such limitations make us both suffer and not be able to truly be ourself. That's why it's good nowdays people are more demolising those rules and younger generations are less restricted by them. Reality is very different from stereotypes, there are all sorts of men and women, and reseblance between them can be more found in personality than gender.
