I used to get my period once a month. But in the last 7 months I've been getting my periods Twice a month, is that normal

No that isn't normal. It also depends on what you mean by twice a month. If it is every two weeks or you mean twice a calendar month. The latter is very possible if you started the month with a period and then started another at the end of the same month. That happens. If you are bleeding every couple of weeks or something like that then you need to see your doc because there can be some underlying issues causing it. It isn't going to actually be another period but bleeding caused by said issue (whatever it is). Regardless that needs to be addressed by a doctor and not someone here. I won't list the reasons that you could be bleeding more than once a month beaause it is all speculation until you get checked out by a doctor.
