What do you do on the first day of your period? I haven’t got mine yet and I dont know what to expect

make sure you get some good pain pills like Midol or Pamprin ahead of time (they're specifically for period pains) & rest well because the cramps are no joke. a heating pad helps ease the pain but if you don’t have that then warm/hot showers help too! keep yourself hydrated & lastly SNACKS 😂 i get random cravings and trust me.. keep something with you so you don’t become hangry!
