It depends on who the guy is. If it is a guy like Christian Grey, then they will put up with any abuse from him to stay with a guy like that at first, but over time, they won't be able to deal with the stress, and they will leave him once he starts to get in his 50s or 60s. Like, R. Kelly and Harvey Weinstein got away with what they were doing until they got older and less relevant and got rid of the women they were abusing.

So when the woman is young or when she's looking to get her career started, she'll suck the dick of an abusive employer until the employer gets bored. It happens all the time corporate trust me. After years of abuse they won't be able to take it anymore and they will jail the abuser or leave them.

No one likes abuse, but when a woman is given an opportunity of her life time in exchange to suck a guys dick and be abused for a little bit a woman will take it. It's nothing against women it is what it is. They do prefer abusive men if they have something to offer them like an acting, career, being the popular woman, or status. But they can't stand it after a decade it will break them and they will leave the guy eventually.
