If you know she is not going to cheat, why does it bother you? If she's not going to cheat, then she's not actually flirting.
Maybe her personality is just friendly in a girly way.
Didn't you like her personality when you met her? If so, why do you want her to change? In fact, it's impossible for her to change her personality for you. So you either need to love her for it and embrace it, or find a different girl who doesn't make you feel jealous.
Being overly possessive and jealous shows lack of trust and will damage your relationship. It may even damage your girl's self esteem.

Thanks for the reply, I am not overly possessive, I do trust her. Yes she is very friendly and I like that about her and would never want to change her. I am just curious why a woman feels the need to flirt so much. It seems like maybe she needs validation or something. Mostly it makes me feel “icky” and yes, I know it’s MY problem. I just figured the more knowledge I have the better it is for me to figure out how to deal with it better.
