Why are some guys really flirty with girls when they have a girlfriend? I mean to the point when you could think he actually really likes someone else, isn’t it a bit disrespectful? Even if the girl is attractive.

It depends on what you deem as "flirty".
And, maybe he's always been that way and has just gotten to the point where he doesn't even realize he's doing it but, I'll betcha he's still VERY MUCH in love with his girlfriend/wife and would NEVER, EVER actually cheat on her!!
My parents used to know this guy for quite a long time although I never met him. I think they called him, Jiggs. My mother's youngest sister was getting married about 50 years ago and she had some huge tits! Of course, Jiggs and his wife were invited to the wedding and, during the dances, he asked her to dance with him. His style of dancing, which he does to EVERY WOMAN he dances with, is to hold her very tight so her tits are smooshed into his chest. NOBODY ELSE had a problem with this except for my brand new uncle who took offense to it and wouldn't let him dance with Annette!! Everyone told Jim, "That's just his dancing style! He's not doing anything wrong!" But, Jim wouldn't listen and wouldn't let Jiggs dance with her, anymore. He probably also cost them Jigg's friendship!!
And, as I said, maybe what you see as "flirty" isn't flirty to anyone else, including him and maybe you shouldn't read so much into it.
