Yes, IME girls always like to check me out quietly without me noticing. It's quite enfuriating because everyone else notices and I never do lol. Friends tell me a girl is staring at me, but I always doubt them because I rarely catch one staring lol.

I will notice a guy, and keep my eyes on him for longer than usual if he's dressed nice, and attractive. Or if he just seems interesting, I'll observe him... might say hi and talk to him if I'm feeling it.

Lowkey this probably sounds a little weird, but us girls stare at guys because we are admiring their beauty/body. Another reason is if we want to draw his attention and make eye contact or just drop hints that we are interested without being too obvious :)
