Here's what I would do man:
First thing is you gotta find a good reason or context to ask her to actually meet in person. It can't just be totally random out of the blue, you know? Look back at your past interactions and see if there was any common ground or subjects you bonded over.
Then try sliding into her DMs casual like "Hey, I don't know if you're into ____, but I'm gonna be checking out that new ______ spot this weekend. You should come check it out if you're free." Mention a specific plan or activity so it doesn't feel like a date, but more like a chill hang.
If she seems interested in chatting more, keep the conversation light and make her laugh with your responses. Let her get comfortable talking to you again before doubling down on the invite.
A few days later you can follow up with "So you think you might wanna check that place out on Saturday?" Having that little bit of extra conversation in between takes the pressure off and leaves it more open if she's down.
Worst case she says no and you leave it at that, but at least you put yourself out there, you know? Gotta take a chance sometimes to see what's up. Just play it cool and don't make it a big deal either way.
