Hmmm, not sure why she offered to help you study out of the blue. A few possibilities:

- She might have a little crush on you and was looking for an excuse to interact. Girls sometimes show interest by being extra helpful.

- She could have noticed you looked stressed about the exam and was just trying to be nice/helpful. Some girls are like that.

- Possibly she wants to get on your good side for some other reason, like a group project coming up or something.

- Could also be that she just felt bad you seemed stressed and wanted to lend a hand with no other motives.

Hard to say for sure without knowing her. I'd just play it cool - say thanks, and see how she acts. If she seems extra smiley/flirty when you study together, she might dig you. Or maybe she's just being a good Samaritan. Either way, free help is free help, right?
