Is a girl staring at you intensely and desperately on a regular basis for 10+ seconds at a time a sign of BPD?

Had this in the past, I didn't like the girl but she might have gotten the wrong idea. Over the course of multiple years with a couple classes with her she has done this repeatedly and I wonder about her psychology.

Again, you're not READING the context of what I describe to you. It's not just the fact she stared.
BPD causes someone to have desperate attitudes towards romantic relationships, neediness, fear of abandonment. What I described lines up with desperation.
