I'm not sure what you mean. Shallow about their looks? How is someone shallow or do you mean they don't want to show themselves off? Also what is an unattractive girl. Unattractive to you or to whom? Beauty is highly subjective so who is the judge on who is pretty and who is not? Would that be you or a panel of people? You see how flawed this logic is. What you find pretty or not is totally different than what other people will find. Also what do you mean by show off their looks? If they are in public then are they showing off? This question just gives me so many additional questions.
