Do sisters really compete for everything? incl. who can be louder with their boyfriend?

God no. By louder with boyfriend I assume you mean sex. Never. The last thing I want to hear is my sister having sex. I bet you the last thing she wants to hear is the same. I don't have sex at around family members and if I did I wouldn't try to "announce" it or have some sorta competition with a sibling on who can be the loudest and drown the other out. That's just gross dude. Thankfully I live on my own and don't have to worry about it. The times my sister stays over for a girls night or whatever I don't have sex with my girlfriend while my sister is there out of courtesy.

Some do but most don’t. I legit wanted to throw something at my sister and her husband heads who were having sex one night while we were staying in a cabin during a holiday interstate. The inconsiderate beepers kept me awake and it made it sick knowing they had their son in the room with them while they were having sex.

I might not have thrown anything at them but I did sure make it known the very next morning how pissed I was than laughed when the husband was forced to drive the entire 12 hours all the way back home by himself because no one wanted to step in and help with the driving. Years later I spoke up and told her how disgusting she was having sex with kids in the room and she should be locked up.

I've personally never seen it, but apparently on reality tv dating shows there have been some odd situations presented, which I presume is where your question is coming from.
From among anyone I know of with sisters, though… no. Their groaning/moaning/"spinner"/etc. bedroom patterns are kept to themselves.
