I bullied a skoolmate. Not that there is a good reason, but i didn’t even have a reason. Probably THE nicest guy in my entire skool. But he was a bit odd, so a lot of people picked on him. Including me. He was the very first person i reached out to when i was doing my eighth step. Of all the terrible things i’ve done, that one weighed on me the longest. Russell, Rusty as we knew him in skool, had always been a devout Christian. He was immediately forgiving and gracious. Some people may not understand how much that hurts. My diseased brain wants him to punch me, beat the hell outta me even. Why? Because i know what i did was wrong. I believe i deserve punishment. I also learn that a gracious and forgiving person doesn’t deserve to be mistreated. Him exacting revenge lowers him a little and makes what i did feel less horrible. Don’t forget, my mind is diseased.
It may be apparent that i never got to practice perfect forgiveness. Some of the things i’ve done still weigh quite heavily on me.

Apologize to the woman who falsely accused me. I thought apologizing was the right thing to do even though I did nothing wrong. Gave an admittance of guilt by doing so that I didn't realize I was doing by apologizing. It's crazy what women can do to you even when you're trying to be a good person.. 😪

I will admit I have few regrets... the ones I do have i would not really change since they have played a role in making me the person I am. I have learned a lot of tough lessons.

@msc545 There was a way my dad inflated it, and it was an inside of a tire, well I placed that around me, it took me under the water and brought me back up, I saw the bottom of this deep creek and I thank God I am here. Next time I will buy a life jacket.

@DrPepper12 yeah lol I quit years ago, but still crave cigarettes. I don't drink that often either because the cravings are especially bad when I drink
