Women in passing on the street, gym and other public places avoid eye contact with me or try to avoid me why is that?

It’s normal. Most women avoid eye contact with men they aren’t attracted to because a lot of men take even slight eye contact as a sign of interest.

By male logic that means none of the women in my city find me attractive then unless they are 45 and older? Since they seem to give eye contact

Anyways, maybe that’s the case. Maybe people in your city like a certain type of look. Halifax looks like a decently populated place so it could also just be the city mindset where most people just don’t acknowledge anything around them unless it involves them. If men also avoid eye contact that’s probably the case.

Men don’t avoid eye contact, in fact half the time I have men who will either in passing on the street on the gym smile and comment on my fashion sense say your cool, or in the gym my physique. Women just avoid me all together or seem scared of me

Then maybe you’re intimidating. The way men get intimidated by attractive women, they also get intimidated by attractive men. This could be the case.
