I'm not sure what the difference between good and bad is. I assume there is a gradient. And everyone has their own opinion. Religious types tend to be the most up tight and judgmental when it comes to female sexuality. Some people see virginity as virtuous. They have weird ideas about female "purity".

The girls who are boring, inhibited, nervous, conservative, afraid of sex and remain virgins are probably seen as "good girls".

Girls who like the male form and love sex are probably in the "bad girl" category.
