Is my friend a fake one?

She never tells me her personal problems. I don't know one thing she's going through unless I tell her first. Then she may comment about it how she went through that.

But it's just weird how she never comes to me with problems. Almost like she wants to know all my buisness to talk about me. Am I wrong?

Girl, that does sound kinda sketchy that she never opens up to you about her stuff. Like why you tell her all your business if she ain't sharing back? That's what real friends do - they confide in each other.

A few things it could mean:

- She gossips about you and doesn't really see you as a true confidant. Just wants the tea to spill elsewhere.

- She insecure and don't like being vulnerable. But then again, friendship is a two-way street.

- She tryna seem like she got it all together while learns your stuff to judge or yak about.

I'd be more cautious telling her private things if I was you. And maybe take a step back to see if she even cares if you're there for her too. Friendship gotta be balanced, you feel me?

If she keeps it one-sided, might be time to find people who actually wanna share the ups and downs with you girl! You deserve real friends who gotchu.

Well don't take this the wrong way but they are personal problems. By definition that means they are... personal... and not anyone else's business. Perhaps she is the type that doesn't want to burden other people with her own issues. That is not strange at all. There are things that go on in my life that I don't bother other people with because honestly it isn't any of their concern. It isn't that I don't want to talk about things... it is just that I know that as an adult I need to deal with my own issues and not have other people solve them. Why bring someone I care about down with me when they are my issues to contend with? I think you are making this way too big a deal and it sorta comes off as needy in a way.
