Why is it that if we make a woman upset or exhaust her patience, she wants nothing (not even her favorite gift) from us anymore?

I know women are usually very verbal about what they want but suddenly they want nothing if we upset her or exhaust her patience. Literally nothing and there is there no changing her mind. Nothing works for her to reconsider. No speech, no poems, the watch she wanted for Christmas, heck not even a damn marriage proposal with a wedding date set. There was a story in a forum about a man that tried to get back with his ex girlfriend of 6 years. He chased her to the airport and proceeded on proposing but she still declined him. She didn't even look at the ring too much and basically told him to get lost.

Women changed so fast suddenly. One day they are verbal about what they want but if greatly upset or exhausted, they will denied everything we can offer her. Why is that? Why do they go from wanthing something to wanting nothing?

It's usually the end of the line, if a woman decides she doesn't want anything to do with the man or other partner anymore. If she told the partner numerous times not to do something or other and he continues to do it or else he didn't consider her enough in the relationship, well, little reason as why women leave permanently. Common sense, if you ask me. A person would have to be really dense not to get the hint and leave the woman well enough alone.

True yet I kind of feel bad for that guy in the story. It sounded like he was really he regret taking her for granted, was changing for the better, realized what he lost and was willing to make her his wife. But she moved on and it was too late by then. Wow
I think if I were that woman, I would've reconsider and accepted it but perhaps just extend the engagement period.

Most guys don't give a shit if they take women for granted. They hardly know what empathy or all other things about women entail in the first place to be unable to which is why they end up in these situations.

Call it lack of awareness, maybe, but unless the guy grew up with sisters, most men probably haven't much consideration about whatever they are doing and how it might affect their female partners until it's the end. Lack of communication, sure, could be an issue, too.

It's the first. That guy was guilt of breaking promises and delaying things all the times. It got to the point the woman stopped believing in him and didn't see any future with him anymore.
